We do not have a doctor-patient relationship with you nor do we have access to a complete medical history or physical examination conducted by a physician that would be necessary for a complete diagnosis and comprehensive treatment plan. We do not diagnose or treat you. We do not provide physician services or lab authorization services. All lab requests are made through a third-party owned company, ARCpoint labs and its online portal at arcpointlabs.com.
ARCpoint labs has relationships with national lab testing companies who will provide lab authorization services and physician orders for the testing, collect your specimen, and perform the testing. You must create an account on the ARCpoint lab website to receive your lab test results. You consent to receive all lab test results on the ARCpoint lab digital platforms. Please note that any lab testing is for informational purposes only. You understand that any laboratory test purchased through ReEnvisionLab, LLC does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or cure for any disease or condition. Lab test results may sometimes be inaccurate, through no fault of ReEnvisionLab, LLC. You are responsible for accessing your lab test results, providing them to your doctor, and following up with your doctor for the interpretation or treatment regarding the lab test results. We will not receive or have access to your lab test results and we are not responsible for notifying you of any lab test results. By requesting lab authorization services by selecting the option to get a physician order online through the third-party lab testing company, you agree that your relationship with us is independent and is governed by these Terms. We are unable to interpret your lab test results because we have no doctor-patient relationship with you. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate medical assistance by calling 911 or visiting the emergency department at your local hospital.
We have no control over any third party-owned websites or online applications or third-party owned product/content referenced on, linked to from, accessed by, or available on the Services and, therefore, we do not endorse, sponsor, recommend, or otherwise accept any responsibility for such third party-owned websites or online applications (or the availability of such websites or online applications) or third-party owned content. We make no representations or warranties regarding third-party services and disclaim any liability for such services. In particular, we are not responsible for the lab test results created by any third-party company. We do not have control over the laboratories who perform your testing and their practices. If you have concerns with your results being shared with your physician or other providers, do not authorize the lab to share your results. You may also ask the lab how to keep your results from being shared.
Your lab test results are not intended to cure, diagnose, or treat any disease or condition. You are encouraged to contact your physician or the lab testing company with any follow up questions about your test results. Nothing can replace the advice of your healthcare provider, and you should never change, stop or start any medical treatment without first speaking to your healthcare provider. Depending on your medical history and your state of health and wellness, your healthcare provider may need to confirm your lab test results through additional testing before providing you with a diagnosis.
Online lab test results are meant only for wellness purposes. They are not intended to diagnose or treat any disease or medical condition and are not a substitute for professional medical advice or clinically-guided treatment.
We do not take insurance. Services requested through ReEnvisionLab, LLC are strictly self-pay and are not eligible for submission as a claim to your health insurance provider. We do not provide diagnosis codes or CPT codes because we do not have a doctor-patient relationship with you. This applies to all insurance companies, as well as federal health insurance programs such as Medicare.
Information on this website is for informational purposes only. We make no express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to the Services provided. We shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transactions conducted or information conveyed on the website.
